Just wanted to say thanks to y'all...your wonderful employee, Ed, just left my home a little bit ago. After a several day cold snap my furnace decided to be a troublemaker and I thought I'd be able to wait it out until Monday but when the temp in the house hit 43 I couldn't take it anymore. I called your number and a pleasant woman answered on the second ring, took my info and advised me that someone should call me back within thirty minutes and if I didn't hear anything to please call back. Not five minutes later, Ed called and told me that he was working on a project that could take another 2-3 hours. As it would be somewhere between 10 and 11 at that time I said I could just wait until the morning to have someone out. Ed said that he would be at my house at 8am the next morning. I was happy with that and we set about trying to somehow get warm enough to sleep. About an hour or so later I received a call from Ed stating he got finished earlier than he expected and could be at my house in 15 mins. I agreed and he was there promptly and insisted on putting booties on before he came inside so that he didn't get anything on the floor. He spent time teaching me about my furnace and its functions as he troubleshooted the problem and even after getting the furnace to ignite and blow warm air, he tested a couple of other things and tinkered with the humidifier to assure our comfort. He did a great job getting the problem fixed and the temp on the thermostat is steadily climbing, but what I am most impressed by is his character. He had already set an appointment for me tomorrow morning; he could have just called it a night after finishing the other job but out of concern with the forecasted overnight temperature he extended his own night by at least another 2 hours to make sure we had heat. He is a super guy, and I will continue to recommend your business. Thank you, Ed, and thank you Tri State Heating & Cooling!

We recently had an complete heating and air conditioning system installed by Tri-State and my wife and I are totally impressed with the professionalism of Mike Flynn (the service manager, Bob and Dan (the technicians), who installed the system. Thank you Tri-State for keeping me and my family comfortable at the (hopefully) tail-end of winter this year. Our Cincinnati wacky weather patterns over the past few months has left both our heating and air conditioning units confused.  We would go from bitter cold winter temps one week to spring temps the very next.  It was during one of the bitter cold winter weeks that our furnance decided to start it's Spring Break a little early and completely give out.  

I really appreciate the quick, friendly and HONEST opinions and service you gave us as we wondered if we should wait for the weather to break (again), or if we should go ahead and upgrade now to a new unit.  We decided to take advantage of your Furnace Special, and installed the new unit and are very pleased with how quiet it runs and how easy it is to keep the house at a constant, comfortable temperature - even if the outside cannot make up it's mind!

Thanks again for all your hard work. We will definately see you in the Spring - just to make sure our air conditioner will keep us as comfortable when it gets hot outside!  Until then. . . .

Working from home, my office contains 4 computers, 4 printers, TVs, Video Equipment and many other "things" that put out quite a bit of heat during my long 12 hour work days. Many times, my office can be almost 10 degress hotter than the rest of the house. With the unusually hot summer we had last year (2012), my office was often over 84 degress - on a cool day!

The Mitsubishi Electric Mr. Slim room air conditioner is SO QUIET and keeps the room a very comfortable temperature without taking up any space or hassle! The remote control and internal thermostat lets me set it and forget it for the day.

The installation was quick and hassle free and your team was professional and easy to work with. They also took the time to show us how to properly use the unit and all the cool (pun intended) features the unit has.

This company provides a preventative service agreement that includes a free fall & spring tune-up along with other discounts. During our spring tune-up on Friday, March 6, it was determined that there was a coolant leak. Since we have added coolant previously; the cost of that R-22 is double; the cost for a new condenser is very high; the system is 12 years old; and it is a 10 SEER, we decided to upgrade to a more energy efficient system. Keith came by that day to review the available systems and prices. We chose a 15 SEER Bryant unit that uses Puron coolant with variable speed fan motor and other advances that allow greater heating & cooling efficiency. On Monday, March 9, Keith called back to say that we were eligible for a modest rebate from our local energy company. He applied this, our tune-up & leak check, and cash discount toward the new system cost. Two Tri State technicians arrived on Tuesday morning (Dan & Jarrod). Since we had just power washed our driveway to seal it, they carefully backed there truck into it and put tarps under it. We observed the technicians while they worked. The installation was very professionally accomplished. They took time to answer our occasional questions and instructed us on the new Thermostat operation and some of the advanced technology operations. They finished early afternoon and when they departed, all work areas were clean (including our power washed driveway) with all trash removed. Everyone involved with this new HVAC system installation were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We will continue to use their services in the future.
